ten4you is a professional, co-operative agency for actors since 2000. The only "COOP" in continental Europe.

"COOP" means, that the 21 actors and actresses decide for all organisational, logistical and also all issues as regards content concerning the agency, among themselves. Responsibility for running the office, acquisition of jobs, publicity and advertising is shared and all tasks are done together in a team.

ten4you's offices are based in the heart of Berlin (Marienstr.19/20). The agency cultivates good relationships in the whole german speaking media sector and offers cast-directors, directors and producers the procurement of professionally trained actors and actresses. Ten4you is also closely co-operating with the ZAV Berlin.

Through a well-developped teamwork structure among agency members, all requests are processed quickly, so that an effective and precise procurement is assured.

ten4you cooperates with various filmschools and supports independent movie productions.

In addition, our members also direct short movies and plays, work as acting coaches, screenwriters, develop documentaries and work as producers and voice-over speakers for movies, TV and Radio productions.

The members of the agency do script-development, documentary, production of the areas furthermore short and theater-direction, drama-education, synchronized and hearing-radio.

In August 2000, ten Berlin-based actors decided to go a new and their own way, which resulted in the foundation of an agency for actors. A short name finding process was followed by the establishment of an homepage and after one year, the first catalogue was presented.

The name ten4you should remain the main agenda for the first years. In 2005 because of reasons of legal security the entity was transformed into a limited company (GmbH) and moved into office spaces in the Marienstrasse in the heart of Berlin.

Through increasing knowledge of the industry and the growing acceptance among cast-directors, directors and production companies, ten4you was able to increase the number of its members to presently 21 actors/actresses. In the future the agency will continue its strategy of sensible growth.
