In August 2000, ten Berlin-based actors decided to go a new and their own way, which resulted in the foundation of an agency for actors. A short name finding process was followed by the establishment of an homepage and after one year, the first catalogue was presented.

The name ten4you should remain the main agenda for the first years. In 2005 because of reasons of legal security the entity was transformed into a limited company (GmbH) and moved into office spaces in the Marienstrasse in the heart of Berlin.

Through increasing knowledge of the industry and the growing acceptance among cast-directors, directors and production companies, ten4you was able to increase the number of its members to presently 21 actors/actresses. In the future the agency will continue its strategy of sensible growth.
